State Hearing Request

To request a State Hearing, you can use the back of the Notice of Action to write to the Appeals Unit at P.O. Box 944243, Mail Station 9-17-37, Sacramento, CA 94244 or you may mail your request to the county office address shown on the Notice of Action. 

You may also bring in a request for a State Hearing to your local IHSS office.  

If you have a State Hearing scheduled, you may bring an attorney to the hearing. To find out the date of your hearing, please call the Appeals Unit at: (800) 952-5253
